- Refund/exchange will not be acceptable if the item is not in its original condition, or due to malfunction or missing parts which is not due to our fault.
- Our store will not responsible for shipping costy ou will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Cost will vary.
- Shipping costs are not refundable at any cost. If you receive a refund, we will deduct cost of shipping from your refund.
- You must need to provide a valid tracking number in case of a return. That’s how you are allowed for a refund.
- $30 restocking fee may apply per item on the refund! Please note that this $30 charge is for the storage of the warehouse and it is the part of our contract therefore it cannot be abolished
- The process of refund usually takes up to 14 business days a few days after the start of the refund.
- In the case of the return the customer must pay the cost of shipping. If you are exchanging product for damaged reason then we will pay shipping cost by our side.

Incorrect Orders or Damaged Products
If the product is shipped incorrectly or arrived to you in damaged condition then we will replace the item for you or accept the return of that item and provides you a full refund. Our return policy on our products allows you to return new and unused products within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
