SHIPPING
Once the order has been dispatched, we’ll provide you a tracking number so you can track your package. We ship to your Imperialrop address, so please ensure that the address provided is correct and up-to-date.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, and/or unclaimed packages or customs delays.
Please note that any taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary by country to country.

REFUNDS
We fully guarantee and stand by our handmade Coat & Jacket for their quality and durability.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly refund it, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you have to ship the item back to us, please use registered regular mail, not courier service.

EXCHANGES
If there is a problem with your Coat & Jacket (e.g. wrong size), I will gladly exchange your purchase as long as you contact me within 7 days after you have received the item. The Coat & Jacket must be in their original condition and unworn.
